Barista Magazine Summer 2009

Here is a piece published in the June/July 2009 Barista Magazine about our grand opening at the Forest Park Shopping Center and the first Latte Art Hoedown thrown there. Every time you open the file it tries to print it. I have no idea why it does that but the article is fine.

Cupping Form

This is our standard cupping form. It was adapted from the SCAA and CoE cupping forms, with a few modifications to make it easier for a novice to understand. Most of the terminology was taken from CoE sources.
